the bluetooth "standard"

I was given a shiny new phone today at work: the Samsung SPH A920.

Build quality: excellent
Camera: decent
Sound quality: very good
Bluetooth compatibility: fails horribly (against OS X 10.4)

Basically, I cannot sync my address book/calendar with this phone because it simply does not support it. So I can use my phone as a "modem" (erm, data cost prohibit this particular path) or as a phone with no PDA functionality.

Boo. Mac users consider yourself warned.
